1. Two pipelines on one record
Two kanban boards, two roles, one Retailer object underneath. BDMs work the prospecting board on the left until a retailer is converted; Sales Support picks the same record up on the right and runs it through onboarding.
When a BDM drags a card to Converted, a workflow fires that sets onboardingStage = File Collection on the same record. The retailer leaves the BDM's view and appears in the leftmost column of Sales Support's board. No handoff email, no Slack DM, no chance of missing a conversion.
