A bespoke CRM built on a fork of Twenty for ~250 home-improvement and renewables retailers, designed so BDMs and Sales Support never need to log into Salesforce day to day. Two-pipeline kanban with prescriptive per-stage tasks, mirrored Salesforce schema, write-through to Salesforce on stage transition, and MI enrichment from existing AWS data pipelines. Four surfaces (marketing, rep tablet, customer phone, retailer admin) plus an operator console for managing retailers and finance product catalogues. The third sibling. An AR/IAR network supervision tool for FCA-authorised principal firms, built around PS22/11. Composite risk scoring, breach workflow with SUP 15 notification countdowns, file review with per-vertical regulatory rubric (MCOB / ICOBS / CONC), AR self-service MI returns, annual fitness review packets. A conversational AI interface that lets senior management ask plain-English questions about loan performance and get instant answers. Built on Claude, Turso, and Next.js for under £15/month.
A self-built Salesforce-driven reporting framework producing four scheduled report streams: a monthly board pack, weekly per-retailer reports, weekly BDM portfolio rollups, and a weekly commercial SMT dashboard. Shared Python pipeline, AI-generated commentary, EC2 + cron deployment, Vercel-hosted admin dashboard. Designed and built end to end.
A single-file web application that generates FCA CCR009 regulatory returns for 170+ retailers, replacing hours of manual spreadsheet work per entity.
