Below is the actual HTML report a BDM would receive on a Monday morning. The example is rendered for an invented BDM (“Sarah Chen”) under an invented broker (“Meridian Finance”). Every name, lender label and number is completely fictional and bears no relation to any real person or company.

The dropdown at the top swaps between the BDM's consolidated portfolio and a single-retailer drill-down. AI commentary at the top is calibrated for relationship management — volume drops, inactivity flags, pipeline opportunities — rather than the retailer-facing tone of the weekly retailer report.
